JoongWon started a small business specializing in HVAC, plumbing and fire-fighting system works for residential and commercial buildings, and has continued to grow. We are accustomed ourselves in managing the progress of the works between predecessors and successors of works precisely at the construction site under extremely cold weather environment in the Antarctic base, and also to control quality under the heat waves in the Middle East and Africa. While Improving the depth of technology with skills of individuals and teamwork in organizations, we have widened our horizons to mechanical installation and piping work for industrial plants, semiconductor manufacturing facilities, and EV battery manufacturing facilities.

Our annual sales volume has increased steadily over the years since its establishment in 1997. In the remarkable sales growth, the dedication and passion of all executives and staff members for our work have driven the engine behind our growth, which in turn leads to the motive of our efforts to meet the expectations of our valued customers and the results of that work are further developed with the trust and support of our customers, and which has energized to a synergistic effect in a virtuous cycle to make the company growing. Given the difficulties encountered with business environment, we have been consistently striving hard to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction for the past 26 years, and would very much appreciate all the positive feedback from them on our performances.

We are currently operating 45 domestic construction sites in Korea and also managing a number of construction sites for EV battery manufacturing factories in Poland, Hungary, and the United States. In these years, now that we started to operate our own, the Gunsan plant with manufacturing and fabricating infrastructure necessary for the projects, thus we are accelerating the time and cost reduction of these projects through modular manufacturing. We will proceed to prepare a new leap forward for a better future by developing advanced technologies.

JoongWon complies with the ISO 9001 standards in the QC systems and ISO 14001 standards in the environmental management systems at construction job sites, and implements regulations(KOSHA-MS) that meet international standards in safety at work. JoongWon also has many skilled welders including award-winning master welders in house, and enhance management efficiency by utilizing the Enterprise Resource Planning system to manage our internal and external resources pool, and by building greater diameter of a circle in mobilizing manpower from untapped market.

JoongWon has concentrated on R&D in technology and has acquired a numbers of invaluable patents so far related to mechanical work such as the Hydraulic Pressure Testing Device, the Pipe Lifter for overhead pipelines, the Special Riveting Gun used for fabrication of sheet metal ductwork. We have also been awarded “Zero Workplace Accident” by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
